Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

Unopened products. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve tried a product and aren’t satisfied, you’re still covered. You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if it has been opened.

How to start a return. Email us at admin@amplifydistro.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping label. Please don’t send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can’t be processed.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at admin@amplifydistro.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
